In this inaugural episode, Randy and Jim discuss the purpose of the podcast and the state Humanities and Technology at their university. (Note: for the recording of this initial podcast, Randy and Jim had not yet established the official title of the podcast, "Being Human in an Age of Technology: the Saga of Utah Tech University." For this episode, we simply called the podcast "The Humanities and Technologies Podcast")
